This seems to be a newer hotel. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 5 people. Everything was clean. The gym was very nice and had decent equipment and plenty of towels. I will definitely stay here again.
A decent hotel with some quirks. The rooms were clean and spacious, and there was ample parking. The dining amenities were... strange. There was a free "pantry" for status members with essentially nothing in it - a few unpackaged snacks, dry cereal with no milk, no bottled water. The breakfast was typical continental - nothing special at all - but it required a voucher or $13 charge, and food could not be removed from the breakfast area.
My stay at delta hotels from August 22nd to August 25th was absolutely wonderful. Traveling for vacation my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the crisp linens felt like a true luxury The service was outstanding. From the moment of check-in, the front desk staff, especially were friendly and welcoming. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating as was the cook and bartender! And the housekeeping people. The ambiance in the lobby was both stylish and relaxing, making it perfect for unwinding. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub with no doubt! Our last night there we ordered dinner and I have to say the food was absolutely delicious and looked very professional !! I’ll post a picture! I would definitely recommend delta hotels Huntington mall!! 10/10
Service was great good food and everyone is so polite. All three bartenders Jason Kim and Erica have all been phenomenal and Loveil is always helpful with all of our needs.
This hotel was ok. We usually stay with a different chain of hotels so I think I'm used to the way they do things but the front desk wasn't as friendly and didn't offer much explanation on the hotels accommodations.
The continental breakfast what's so poorly managed and out of food and drinks. We ended up going across the street to waffle house. The sign said the bar opened at 4:00 we got there when it was supposed to be open but no one showed up to take a drink order until after 5:00.
Great place to stay if heading to a Marshall football game. It’s a little out of town so you will definitely need to drive/uber back and forth, but it’s well worth it since you’ll pay less than half of what is available downtown. Many of the locals told me “it’s the nicest hotel in the area” and it’s hard to disagree with them.
